Claudio Reyna has retired from international play, and argueably the biggest loss the team will have to replace...one newspaper article in the headlines section suggests Dempsey to be the guy? I guess I am just a bit skeptical...but it seems like the US might start backing him, and confidence does go a long way. He just won Player of the Year...I just don't think I would have picked him to be the next leader for the US.

Reyna and Demsey... Can't believe they're in the same sentence.... After MLS this guy will fall into some foreign obscure soccer club and Yanks Abroad will have a hard time writing about this guy. .. He's a position-less player...

Reyna is our only 'world class' field player.

PS- Helluva goal vs Ghana though...
