Matthew Henry Lengkeek, President - Matt grew up playing soccer in Wilmington, DE. His passion for soccer can always be found both on the field playing and managing Objectivo operations. He participated in recreational and club youth soccer, high school and college soccer. Matt holds a USSF National C License and KNVB Coaching Certificate. He's coached boys and girls high school varsity soccer, youth club soccer and ODP. Matt is also the President of Matt Henry Group in Los Angeles, CA. Matt Henry Group is a Staffing and Recruiting Company specializing in accounting and finance positions. Matt earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Leadership and Consumer Studies from the University of Delaware. He resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife Paula. Matt currently participates in adult soccer in South Bay Peninsula Soccer League and tennis in the Hermosa Beach Tennis Ladder.

David Barro, Marketing Specialist - David has 11 years of soccer experience playing AYSO and Club Soccer throughout Orange County, CA. He attended Torrance High School in Torrance, California where he participated in Varsity Sports, served as Editor-in-Chief of the School Newspaper, and was elected Commissioner of Activities for the Student Body. He is currently a senior at San Jose State University, majoring in marketing. He is entering his third year as a Resident Advisor, managing over 130 residents in his two years. David is a key member in Objectivo's Marketing and Business Planning. His leadership and passion is seen daily as he strives to make Objectivo a resource at the local and regional soccer levels, one community at a time.

Carmen Bognanno, Support Specialist - Carmen has 18 years of playing experience on every level from recreational to youth national team experience. Captain of the U-16 and U-17 national team programs, she knows the soccer community in which she working diligently to unite. Carmen attended Duke University where she was a four year starter for the Blue Devils, a top 10 program in the country. While at Duke she was named to the NSCAA/Adidas South Region Scholar Athlete All American, second team and well as ESPN the magazine Academic All-District Women? Soccer Team, third team. Carmen double majored in Psychology and Cultural Anthropology while Duke. Carmen uses her knowledge of the US soccer landscape to help communities utilize Objectivo. Carmen currently resides in Marina Del Rey, CA where she participates in local soccer leagues.

Richard Montoya, Web Developer

Sara Shuman, Web Designer - Sara is a high profile web veteran who worked for several years as Hollywood.com's Creative Director and has freelanced for a variety of clients, such as Lexus, Quiksilver, and Disney. She also serves on the Board of Directors as the Creative Director for the Pacific Palisades Jr. Women's Club and has helped raise over $500,000 for various local charity organizations. Her daughter is active in the local soccer community in Pacific Palisades, CA. Sara attended William Woods College in Missouri, as a fine arts / computer science major on an equestrian science scholarship.
